Disappointing

Overall the product is sub-par, there is no heat setting despite the name "Proheat", the waste tank is very small, about 1/4 what the soap side is, not very good suction, manual is horrible, and so is their web site. I went to get an English manual so I could print it bigger, and NOPE they don't have an English only manual, so can't really enlarge the pages, because they have both french and English on the same page. I think I will be returning this ASAP.

Biggest disappointment!!!!

If you want to save some money, get a bucket, fill it with hot water, dump the product on it, spray it on the dirty surface, brush it a little bit and suck the water with a shop vac. That's all you are going to get from this, the water doesn't even come out hot!!! Even though is hot in the reservoir. Not to mention poor brushes!!! So not happy!!!!

Little machine does a great job

I was upset when I opened the box. I thought I bought the one with the brush underneath. But I thought this will be good for the stairs. I decided to try it on a section of the rug. Oh my was I surprised that section is so clean it looks great, but it is too small for the whole rug so I just ordered the Bissell green machine.

Did what I needed it to do

Went out and got this after my dog was sick a few days ago and all my sprays weren't getting the yellow out of my carpet. This worked great! It came with the old stain booster cleaning solution which I hadn't seen on the shelf so I was really glad it did. One issue I did have was that the cleaning tool sucked up some hair that is clogged at the head of the tool. The manual says there's an easy button on the top to release the front for easy cleaning but there is no button that I can see.

Hose is leaking where it connects to machine.

I have a small chihuahua in a one bedroom apartment, so the SpotClean has been a great help with little accidents. I've owned it for a couple weeks now, and I have not had any problems until now. I was cleaning my floor when I went to move the machine. I noticed the carpet was wet all underneath the SpotClean. That's when I saw water spewing out of where the hose connects to the machine in the back. Surely it couldn't have broken that fast. Is there a way to tighten the hose or should I just exchange it for a new one?

Spot clean Pro heat portable Carpet cleaner

I finally pulled it out of the box and used it on my couch. Let me tell you this little cleaner is the best it does everything it said it does it cleans great!! So compact lite . I am so very glad I bought it very happy. BISSEL IS AWESOME.Never been disappointed with any of there products they are cleaning machines

Had high hopes, but to no avail

Purchased 7-14, used first time 6-15. Because of health issues could not use sooner. Machine looks easy to use and the water sucked up was dirty, however, the tough stain tool brush is the worst. It is not spraying evenly, I get a solid spray in the middle of a 3" spray. Too much cleaning solution in the middle. (1") I held up the tool above the arm rests of my car to try and give the area a more even spray. Forget it, still too much saturation, also very cumbersome. I would like to do my dinning room chairs, but am hesitant. When you press the knob to spray as it is, way too much liquid comes out and only in the middle. Side panels on the car door, again, streaks, clearly showed the very uneven spray, so got out my pail, brush and did by hand with another cleaner. New engineering is needed for this machines head. Also, it is almost impossible to drain all of the cleaning solution out of the container. I rinsed many times, then kept tabs open to air dry. I am very sorry to say this, but am sorry I bought it. My Bissell carpet upright is great as are the other machines I have purchased. Note: Car is a 78 Ford Thunderbird Landau, so I am very particular about it's care.

POOR PERFORMANCE

Purchased product to clean my stairs and was very disappointed, My product came with a stair attachment that broke with the first stair. Continued cleaning with the standard carpet attachment, My carpet was very wet with the attachment not extracting the water sufficiently. I returned the product for a refund.
