Birthday gift

Hi there my husband bought me new little green pro heat bissell 52075 for my birthday gift which it was on Dec 24 so I was exciting to use it and I was using this and it was fine I was empty the dirty water tank and fill hot water again in clean tank so guess what it has been all leaking.right at the bottom.of the hose and leaked all over where I had cleaned at the first spot. So I was not able to use it and try to clean up in the bottom of the hose near the dirty tank. There is no way to get the hose out from the bottom. So I am so disappointing. It is my birthday gift. So I don't know what to do with it

hose will rip

this is my third bissell portable carpet cleaner: little green and two spotcleans. each time I had to replace it due the plastic hose ripping close to the cleaning attachment. I contacted the company this time and was advised to take it to a service center but the wait for repair was 3 wks. so i bought a new one. cant be w/o this with 4 cats. For spotclean the defect in design is that you have to pull the hose tight to get it to snap into the tool holder. this stresses the hose and then it rips when you use it. For this new one I am leaving the hose loose to avoid future rips, I hope. I do love how this machine works however. I can get anything up from my carpets that the cats can deliver. I use it on upholstery and bed comforters too

Leaks dirty water

The machine is less than 1 year old and is not used that often. Now it is leaking dirty water every time we use it. The entire dirty water tank emptied on cleaned carpet. We check and both tanks are seated and all rubber stoppers are closed. This is the third one we purchased and we do not have trouble with the other two. I would not recommend this now based on the above problem. After reading other reviews it seems to be a design flaw.

Leaking from bottom of machine.

I just bought machine today. Right from the get go it would not suction the dirty water. So I did everything from the start, there was suction alright but it did not empty into the container, it spewed from the bottom of machine and it looked to be spraying from hose onto my clean carpet. My model number is 52076 but I could not find it anywhere, so this was the closest thing to mine. I am disappointed because I own an Bissell upright and have no problems with it about 8 years old. So that was why I purchased the little green pro heat pet, but am very disappointed that first time using it, it didn't work.

Great but leaks

I've had this for less than a year now. Great unit, except well, it leaks from the bottom. I was to able to clean out the hose and some parts of the collection unit the best that I could and thought I had it working well, but nope, we now have to place a small plastic tray underneath it as dirty water leaks out of the bottom with each use. Some from under the fan/motor, and other from just adjacent to where the intake hose meets the unit. Tried reseating the dirty water collection unit to no avail...design flaw? Missing/broken gasket? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the cleaner leaking, Moogin. If it's dirty water it could be caused by a missing or stuck gasket in the dirty water tank. aggravating to clean

the machine cleans stains well. the problem is the hose is impossible to clean. sucking up water to clean it only goes so far as too rinse rather then clean. then when i was using it the suction just stopped and smoke came from the fan area?! ive only had the machine for about 3 months... highly disappointed.

white carpet w/dog accident stains

This machine far exceeded our expectations. We were planning on shampooing with a rental shampooer, and we were just going to spot treat with this little guy. We were so amazed by the outcome, we decided to do our whole carpet with it. It might not be the way to go for the average person, as you have to be down on your hands and knees; however, as an immediate spot cleaner, I don't think you can do better. Cleaned up dog accidents and blood on a white carper.

Amazing little cleaner

We just purchased the little green for cleaning up around the house,car and for our pets I have to say we are more than happy with this product it performed exactly as described. It was easy to assemble and to use ! we would recommend this product to friends and family.
