Can't use on anything that's not white

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have ruined numerous carpets and sofa chairs by turning the area bright white after using the machine on them. Almost like using bleach to clean with.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thanks for your feedback. The machine is removing dirt from the carpet, there's no bleach in our formulas. You may need an upright cleaner to deep clean all of your carpet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I loved it. Even showed many people how great it was in which a few bought it!. Now after the last few disasters I have to take all the great things back! I used this on many different things. Especially my car seats!!! I have had it less than a year and the last two times i tried to use it a lot of water was coming from the bottom ruining what I had just cleaned.. Actually made it worse. And then I couldnt clean it again. Then today it did it again but after 15 minutes of trying it wouldnt even suck up anything. Sad i thought I liked bissel better than my shark but im afraid not. :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works Pretty Well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like that it's portable, easy to use, and easy to clean. Worked well for pets and when kids got sick. Used about once a month. Wished it heated up more. Only 2yrs and 2 months old but hose recently broke.
