I would probably not buy again

I found that the carpet seemed to be wetter than I expected it should be, knowing that my big carpet cleaner gets it dryer. I did not like that it does not have a clear water rinse and I felt that I left soap on the carpet. I did fill the device with clear water to rinse. Hard to dry it

Very disappointed,thought it would be a better product

We used the cleaner for spots due to small child and a dog, it worked well for about a year and half. The hose is very ridged and stiff. The hose split/cracked and Bissell does not make replacement hose for the customer to change out.... we are very disappointed, we where expecting a high quality product but didn't get much more then the stuff we were trying to clean up.... garbage ..... I would not recommend this cleaner to anyone

Perfect Dog Protection

We bought this specifically to help clean a mattress that was peed on by a dog. 11 lb. Honey decided the newly uncovered mattress was a perfect pee pad. The cover was being laundered... This worked perfectly and took/ extracted all the smell and urine. Very good product. Quite loud but very effective.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had this product for a year. It worked well until it it blew up into sparks/smoke. I had my baby in a play pen nearby and was terrified this happened.

Easier to use than breaking out the large floor cleaner. Great at doing what it was made for spot cleaning.

Was looking for a cleaner that produces a hot cleaning solution one would think something called proheat would do that nope misleading waste of money and time nothing pro or heat about this garbage

The portable is great for small pet messes, including my puppy and a daughters cat that vomits a lot.
