I purchased this unit on a whim and was very pleased with the cleaning power of this machine. I used it to clean the interior of my jeep and I must say it did a great job. When i was finished, I flushed the soap solution and vacuum hoses as per the instructions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Leaked pet waste from hose and sprayed me

I just bought this cuz a friends pet soiled my carpet. I attached all the accessory, hose and cord brackets which do not come back off if u need to return it. It sprayed pet waste all over me when I was trying to figure out where the waste was going cuz the container was mostly empty. I'm bummed that this happened and returned it ASAP!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Product works as described. Spay wait 5 to 10 on bad spot and vacuum presenting the button to rising with water.

Why is this called HEATwave???

I bought this thinking that they had now incorporated heat into their new little green machine. Well that's a lie! Why is this called heat wave or pro heat ?? There is no heat! Instructions literally said to add hot tap water! So what happens the next time you get it out and there is still cleaner inside ?? It will be cold! If you want warm you would have to pour it all out and start over with your own warm water. This is false advertising and I wouldn't recommend this machine at all.

Sadly, still stained.

Doesn't work at all. Have tried to use this on several small stains on our carpet and have had absolutely no luck getting out even the small brand new pet messes. Bottom of machine leaks profusely and we cannot find anything wrong with tubing, etc. Total waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oh no! If the cleaner is leaking from the bottom the center stack for the dirty water tank may not be fully screwed in place or the gasket could be misaligned.
