[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointing suction. Takes a long time to extract the cleaner spray. Doesn't seem all that effective. Almost easier to use my wet/dry shop vac.

I have a bigger machine for overall cleaning, but it doesn't have a stair attachment and I wanted something smaller. This thing is easy enough for my tween to use. Thanks to the simplicity of the design, my child was able to clean up the "I noticed but didn't tell my parents about" days-old cat...present...by herself. This machine has also already saved my light tan carpet from a glass of red wine. It does exactly what I need. Very happy.

I used it to clean my seats in my vehicle, I found the water came out more than expected but did a great job. I feel after a few uses the water pressure and I will become one. It was a good deal at half price on the website.
