[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I absolutely love it. I wanted something small and easy to use for cleaning up pee/puke stains due to kids and a dog. This machine has worked exactly as it says. I like that it doesn't leave the carpet soaking wet after either. It's gotten out stains that had been there for over a week. I highly recommend this machine.

We bought this to clean dog spots on our rugs and carpet and it got everything our and we love the smell of the cleaning solution. Now when other people walk in our home they don't smell dog anymore.

Really sucked up some nasty stuff for sure from our rug the patch I tried. I am thinking I'll get an upright for whole house cleaning soon. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that it's compact and lightweight. It cleans well, and is easy to use. BUT. The hose clamp to keep it all together doesn't really do a good job. AND the hose where it connects to the bottom of the machine began leaking right after the first use. I can't detach it, tighten it, or anything else that might be helpful. I'm left with a puddle of dirty water, either on the floor, or soaking into the carpet. My solution is to rest the machine on an old towel to soak up the leak, and carry on. Sending it back is time consuming, and costly, so I'll just deal with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
