Our dog got sick and had the runs; after blotting and scrubbing I purchased the machine and our rug looks much better now after using it.

All the tools attach to the machine, and the feature that I think is best, is the hose can be cleaned out when you're done. Genius! Thank you Bissell for your little miracle machine. Love it!

Im happy I did buy directly from Bissell, because figuring out returns has been easy and every person I've talked to has been helpful. I've only heard great about the little green machine, and worth it to TRY. The machine was super easy to assemble.
