Bought to clean my couch I have had for 7 or so years that has seen alot of traffic from my husbands work clothes to my 3 year old and dog. Took a little under a half hour to clean and dried to look just like new. Glad I purchased.

I had an older version of this product and convinced a friend to get one when he bought a new dog. Recently I got a gift certificate from my son and decided I needed the updated version and bought a second one. So happy to see the improvements and how much easier the additional tools are! Everyone with a pet (or kids) needs this machine. Great housewarming gift.

The water trickles out and I have a 40 year old vacuum that when the filter is clogged it has better suction. After "priming" the water pump forever it would spray for like 1.5 seconds than just trickle out so after 30 minutes of this I just grabbed a spray bottle and went to town in it. After half of the water container and 3 32oz spray bottles the collecting tank was maybe an inch high of disposed water. The plastic sleeve that goes over the sprayer leaks air bad the button you push to disengage the adapter leaks air and you can't even hang this on a T-shirt, in construction that's how we were able to tell if the filter needed cleaning. I understand it's compact and it's not going to be sucking up quarters but at least suck up some of the dirty water. I mean your better off grabbing a spray bottle, a tooth brush and get a straw (McDonald's has a good thick one) you will save time and the job will look better
