Bad Hose

I bought this because I was very happy with the previous Green Machine and needed one for a second location. After using it and then leaving it idle for approximately 8 months I went to use it and found that the hose had become stiff and brittle. As a result it cracked and had to be repaired with duct tape. Although this generation product is so much better for component cleanup than the previous, it can't be used because the hose has now cracked in several locations and has way less suction and leaks. Component cleanup was a big improvement in this generation but the hose is awful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please call us and we're happy to help with your Little Green under the warranty! 800-237-7691 We also want to mention, you can keep formula from hardening in your portable carpet cleaner's hose! Before putting it away, suction hot tap water through the hose to clean it out, then empty the dirty water tank. It's also a good idea to rinse all tanks and tools and let them air dry after each use. Hope this helps!

Works great for little messes. With a potty training little boy we use this frequently. Also works great for cleaning dog messes around the house. Light weight and easy to use but does take some elbow grease for scrubbing.

I really like this cleaner for my pullout couch

I really like this cleaner for my couch. My daughter got sick on my couch and I cleaned the couch the best I could. There was still a really bad smell on the couch. I went to the store and bought this machine. This machine did are really good job cleaning the smell and stains off my couch. It also cleaned some hard ground in stains of our carpet. I recommend this product.
