[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can't give it a 5 star, the hose is too short to clean my SUV carpet. I have to lift the machine to reach the entire car floor. Otherwise, great little machine, cleans well for its size.

Powerful suction? No. Heat? No. I am so disappointed in this product. I don't think it is broken, it just doesn't clean very well. It is basically a squirt bottle with a little bit of suction. Not powerful suction, mind you. The tanks aren't easy to clean when you are finished either. The dirty tank has a bottom piece that you can remove to rinse it a little better, whereas the clean water/solution tank is miserable to empty out. There is no heat in this thing either -- you just use hot tap water which does not stay hot at all. I am so disappointed. But because I have used it, I don't think it can really be returned. I don't know how the words PRO and HEAT can even be used to describe this product. Not even remotely a professional cleaner and there is NO heat. EXTREMELY MISLEADING.

No loose parts to keep track of. It does the job and makes everything a lot quicker. I also like that it doesn't take up much space. No complaints so far.

Great in theory, horrible in reliability

I am now 0 for 3 on Bissell's portable cleaning products. This is my THIRD carpet cleaner that has failed within a couple of years of purchase. My first two were the Little Green Bissell Machines. On both of these units, it was as though an internal seal gave way. I'd be using the product and then a sound would come from within the machine as if a seal gave way. I would then lose suction. My father had this exact same issue with his. But even after my two failed units (plus an additional unit of my father's), I took a chance and purchased yet another product, the Spot Clean ProHeat, back in July of 2018. And once again, another failure. I now have fluid and air leaking out of the unit and spraying all over the very carpet I'm trying to clean. I want to like this machine, I really do. It's a great product in theory and is really convenient for cleaning up the occasional mess left by a pet. But between my father and I, we have now had FOUR units that have failed on us. Not a good track record. I'm sad to say I've given up on this brand and I won't be purchasing another.

Leaks like crazy

When this machine works its great. This is my second machine (already once replaced under warranty) and it leaks like crazy out the bottom. Right around the one year mark. I've been told they won't replace it because it's a replacement machine. They sure don't back the products they sell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointing. Unfortunately, I waited too long to use it and missed the return deadline. Despite putting carefully heated water (within the guidelines given in the directions) into it, it came old cold. Like, not even not warm, cold. I started to wonder if the machine wasn't actually actively cooling the water. Not only that, not a single stain came out of either mattress. I'm still upset with myself for being suckered into this purchase.
