Mostly love this unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to set up. We like the quietness of its operation as well as its automatic stopping whenever it reaches the set humidity level. But, its associated app is a mixed bag: we appreciate the ability to remotely view and control the dehumidifier's functioning. On the other hand, our biggest complaint is about the limited functions of its app and the literature about the app. For example, there's a temperature reading on the app, but nothing explains what that temperature monitors. Too, the app doesn't include a way to schedule operation; the only options are on/off.

works very well but controls / modes confusing

My only complaint is the way the controls and settings work - some modes don't allow one to set the humidity and fan speed while some do but not with any kind of rhyme or reason - seems designers decided which ones without thinking it through.
