[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from A9+ which was a very good device. Great screen resolution. Same OS as my phone so it simplifies my life. 11 is lighter and slimmer than 9, too. Good AI options.

The Samsung Galaxy with AI technology is the best one I have ever had. I have never had an issue with internet, updates or lost storage. The programs load and operate without any issues or buffering. Overall, best of the best in quality, performance & satisfaction. Thank you Samsung for an outstanding & reliable product at a reasonable price.
