The product packaging and labeling gets an A+ as every piece is well packaged and labeled for easy identification. There were enough extra bolts and washers, also perfectly labeled and packaged. Instructions were easy; however, I would implement the following two changes: First of all, and it is a must in my opinion, steps 13-16 should come before 9-12, because the upper roof blocks the ability to screw in the lower roof. I remedied it by using a right angle attachment to the impact driver, but not everyone has it. Secondly, the instructions for the upper roof section (steps 9-12) should indicate the top and bottom sides - I figured it out, but it would have been easer if it was outlined. Assembly was easy and straight forward, I did not experience any issues likes some other reviewers. That includes assembly of the roof. It took me approximately 4 hours to assemble by myself - an extra pair of hands would have been much appreciated, but I managed it. Overall, after the assembly, I like the gazebo - it is sturdy and nice looking. Time will show how long it lasts in a moderate Mediterranean climate of the SF Peninsula.

The gazebo is serving its purpose very well. I like the sound feeling of the structure. The side trays are a bit tinny in comparison. The threaded inserts of one roof frame piece were not positioned well enough and caused a need to make a modification. Other than that I would buy another if needed.

Great price, still waiting to have this installed! UPDATE installed almost a year ago and it is everything I hoped for, nice looks, protects from the sun, strong enough to withstand our strong winds. Highly recommend!!
