We have several Rada paring knives purchased many years ago so knew quality before this purchase. This tomato slicer cuts through thick tomato skins with ease. My husband also cuts onions for his sandwiches. Very happy with this tomato slicer!

I have had my Mom's Rada paring knife for 20 years, she had it since the 1980's and the blade was getting a little worse for wear from sharpening it over 40 years. I decided to replace it, but also saw and purchased the tomato knife because I love and consume a lot of tomatoes. The paring knife's superior performance was no surprise, but the tomato knife is an absolute dream! Smoothly slices with no tears or crushing the fruit.
I found another winner to hand down to the next generation!

I love it. I peel my tomatoes because I don’t like the skin and this is just great as it peels so easily without removing any of the tomato. Then when I slice it after peeling it the Rada Knife slices it perfectly without messing it up. I will buy more for presents.
