I have difficulty using the smaller paring knives so I always use the Utility/Steak knife. I actually use it for about everything. I have several Rada knives and a few others but I will always use my Rada for any cutting or peeling. I can't imagine having anything else. I have the knife sharpener, pizza cutter, pie server as well as a couple of other pieces. I just honestly can not think of another brand I'd like as well as this one.
