Just received my ham slicer. It is so impressive!! I have several of these knives in different sizes. I've never sharpened them and use at least one of them every day. My favorites of all the knives I own.

Great tomato knife

I got this from my Mom for Christmas. It has been wonderful for tomatoes and other soft veggies fruit. I put it to the test this week by peeling tomatoes to can. LOTS of tomatoes got skinned and canned. The knife made it a much more pleasant experience. My Mother in law loves hers so much she bought 4 to share with her friends.
