I own two of these tomato slicers. I use this knife for practically everything. I even use it as a steak knife. The quality is second to none.

Does not squish tomatoes or other soft fruit/vegetables! Stays sharp- haven't had to sharpen it yet! Love that all Rada's products are made in the USA and built to last! Less waste and better quality!
