I want you to know that I LOVE this tomato slicer! Not just for tomatoes, either. Over the weekend I made pico de Gallo (sp) for my son’s 50th birthday. This knife made short work of dicing tomatoes, jalapeños and onions for a crowd! I wouldn’t be without one in my kitchen! Thanks for making such reliable products!

I am 76 years old, so have used literally hundreds of knives during my lifetime. This year, for the first time ever I bought knives from Rada...two tomato knives. I can unequivocally say that of the many, many knives I have owned, many of which I still do own, my Rada knives are the best I have EVER used. I plan to continue adding to my Rada collection. I love them!
