Have used Rada knives since 1984 when bought as a set of three for a church fundraiser. Have added at least a dozen or more since and have given that many away. After the sundry paring knives, our favorite is the serrated tomato knife which doubles as a bread knife. I keep all razor sharp which I like. However, the tomato knife must be sharpened with ceramic sticks versus steel. Outstanding product for a very reasonable price. Go Rada! Old Bill
