The tomato knife slices perfectly everytime by using a slight sawing motion w/out ever squishing even the ripest tomato. It will also effortlessly cut a head of iceberg lettuce as thin or thick as you like. This is an excellent tool for the kitchen. I would be @ a loss w/out it!

This is a wonderful addition to my kitchen knives, never found a knife to cut into a ripe tomato like this one, just wonderful, would recommend to everyone, and have given it as gifts, one being a wedding set.
