This is my most used knife. If I could only have one knife in my kitchen, it would be this one so I have several. It's not too big to be used as a paring knife but big enough to cut up a chicken. Although I may prefer other knives sometime, this one will get the job done. I have used Rada for 45 years and would never use any other knife.

I have lots of Rada knives but the tomato slicer is my all time favorite! It works great for not only slicing tomatoes, but for slicing, dicing, peeling chopping all kinds of softer foods like strawberries, boiled eggs, lettuce, grapes, peaches, etc. I have 2 of these knives and have purchased several as gifts for friends and family.
