I have been using these knives for at least 20 years. They are the only knives I use since I own 6 of the different styles. If you want a knife that stays sharp year after year then this is the one for you.

We bought our first Rada knifes 30 years ago an it didn’t take long to see these knives are the best. We are still using some of those very knives today they stay sharp if one goes dull a few swipes though the Rada sharpener and it’s good as new again do your self a favor an include the sharpener in your order it’s set to the correct bevel for your Rada knives.Be sure to not pass these knives up your on the site of the best.

I've used the tomato slicer for various foods. Have been very pleased. Yesterday discovered it does an amazing job slicing through angel food cake with dark chocolate glaze.
