I absolutely love this knife. The first time I used it a friend asked me to wash and slice the tomatoes and handed me the knife. When I started slicing I could not believe how easy it was. Before that, slicing tomatoes was not on my list of favorite jobs. I've bought one for others in my family and they love it also, but none more than me!
