I am so happy to have found these knives again! My mther gave me my set of 3 knives as a gift 30 years ago and while they have never been sharpened are the most used knives of all I own. They still remain sharp after all this time. In addition, These knives were in my moms kitchen and I used them 45 years ago. They are still being used and remain sharp. Love these knives!
