I cut raw salmon with this knife and it sliced right through so perfectly, giving the salmon a clean, sharp edge. This is a perfect knife. The sharpest knife ever. All the other knives I've tried left the salmon with sloppy, jagged edges, very awful. I'm going to order more Rada knives and I encourage everyone else to order Rada knives.

I love this knife for slicing tomatoes. I love it so much, I’ve given one to all my friends. Even a professional chef received one of these knives and now he’s sold on them, too! I always order extra each time I order to give as gifts! This knife slices even very ripe tomatoes without turning them to mush. I can slice tomatoes any thickness with this jewel of a knife. In fact every Rada knife I own (and I own quite a few), works great and stays sharp!

I love rada cutlery. My grandmother got me started with a steak knife and love each piece that I have. I lost most of my pieces when hurricane Harvey flooded my home with 7 feet of water. I am slowly replacing the pieces that I lost and helping my mother replace hers. That's how much rada means to us.
