The tomato slicer is a knife that I would not want do without, I have 2. It slices through tomatoes with ease without mashing. If you grow tomatoes this is a necessary kitchen item.

RADA knives are extremely sharp and look beautiful. I use mine every single day, and as far as I am concerned there are no second choices even CLOSE to RADA. RADA are my ONLY knives. My recent purchase was an "emergency" purchase sent to my cousin's house when I visited for 2 weeks, and discovered every knife in her house hopelessly dull. I have been using RADA knives since the early 1980's.
