This is the only knife I use to slice tomatoes. It slices through the skin effortlessly for even thin slices....perfect for an Italian Caprese Salad. If their is one knife you need in the kitchen...it is this one. You will not be disappointed.

I have 2 peelers I have had for some time but they are dull. What to do? I have never put them in a dishwasher. I use to have a card for local person to deal with but have seem to lost their card.

I purchased 2 Rada knives through a fundraiser close to 30 years ago. I gave one away but still have the steak/utility knife, silver handle. It is my favorite go to knife for everything.
