This is my second one. Still have the first and it is my “go to” knife for WAY more than just tomato slicing. Vegetables, bread, even meat. It’s light and such a dream to use. Only problem is when someone in the family puts it in the dishwasher. The handle is definitely not dishwasher safe, so handwash and you’ll be fine.
