I have been cooking for 50 years, and I enjoy fresh tomatoes as often as possible. I own some VERY good knives. I thought I had always bought the best knife available until I tried the RADA Tomato Slicer knife. It cuts so easy, and cuts a slice as thin ( or as thick ) as my hand can guide it. I also purchased a few other knives, Paring Knives; both straight-edge and Serrated. I am amazed !! I highly recommend their products.
