I love Rada knives. I bought some from a high school fund raising when I was a young girl and give them to my mother, as I was still living at home. She used that set of knives for years, the blades had gotten real skinny from years of sharpening. When I moved out and started cooking for myself that was the first thing I bought was a set of Rada knives and I've been using them ever since. I especially like the Utility/Steak knife because it works well for many tasks, it's the perfect in between .

I am using my Super Parer nearly every day! And I still use the tomato knife which I purchased 4 years ago; it's STILL sharp!!! I did buy the sharpener this time around, but I'm not sure that I'll need it :) Thanks for a quality product, RADA!

I love this knife. I now have 4 of them and have given some for presents. They work great on tomatoes, but I find myself using it on other vegetables as well. Very sharp knives. The only problem is that you can't put it in the dishwasher as it oxidizes and you get grey all over your hands and food. Hand wash only. Not sure if the black handles do the same, but not taking a chance.
