I use this knife as a paring knife. It's very sharp and resharpens nicely. I prefer the black handle because if you put it in the dishwasher, the gray handle turns dark.

I've had this knife for 15 years and just recently lost it on a camping trip. So I ordered 3 more! I don't want to lose this knife again. It was still as good as new after 15 years. I use it on tomatoes, but on a lot of other veggies as well! It's my "go-to" knife for cutting avocados and mangos too.

I won't use any other peeler!

I have had my Rada Peeler for over 28 years! It remains just as sharp as the day I bought it! I refuse to use any other peeler. I use to take mine with me to my mother's house for the holidays knowing I would be helping in the kitchen. Once the internet became available and Rada began selling online I bought one for my mother and my two daughters. I highly recommend the Rada peeler! 28 years, and still peeling! I have gotten my money's worth!!
