I actually bought this knife for a friends birthday in November. I observed her recently trying to slice some tomatoes and they were getting crushed with the knife she was using. I own one of the tomato slicers and love it. We own several Rada knives including a bread, paring, filet, potato peeler. sharpener, and a couple other slicing knives. Plus I like the fact that they are made in Iowa .

It didn’t disappoint - an amazing knife. I’ll order more for my young adult girls to have at their first living places away from home.
