Better than German or Japanese equivalents

These knives are the best I have ever used, better than my German or Japanese items. Cutting of tomatoes, onions, or other veggies is done with remarkable ease.
I will be ordering two more today.
I wish you had a knife guard engineered as good at the Cutco guards to make it easier to take the knives camping or for other outdoor activities.
