It is a good knife, but beware DO NOT PUT IN DISHWASHER. When you get it out and use it, it will turn your hands black and will have to be polished every time you do this. This warning is not posted so I am letting everyone know from personal experience.

I have Cutco knives as well as Pamperd Chef knives but the one I use every day is my tomato slicer! That is my go-to knife every time I cook! I chop all my seasoning with this knife! Best knife ever!
