Great knives

I bought a set of 2 of these knives 22 yrs ago.It was the tomato slicer and a parer.These knives slice today like they did the day I bought them.I have never sharpened them.They cut great.I use the tomato slicer for everything.It is my go to knive.

Best tomato knife

Yes, we use it for salad making and others slicing operations. It has a place in my knife drawer because it will thin slice most anything particularly vegetables. I have boning knives, cleavers, chef knives, boners, Filet knives. This one I use to prepare every meal! Tomatoes need this knife as do cucumbers, radishes, onions and light preparations.
