Im the daughter of a master bladesmith, don't tell him, but these are my favorite kitchen knives! Someone bought me a gift set in 2009 that I still use constantly. I loved adding these to my collection. Keeps an edge for a long time. By far the best value for your dollar.

I now have these knives at both our homes. They are so sharp and easy to use. I like them as much as all 3 of my RADA tomato slicing knives.
