Absolutely fantastic. I love these go-to knives. They are the best knives I've found in years. I would recommend them to anyone who needs sharp knives for kitchen projects - salad making, fruit/vegetable peeling, cutting up smaller veggies and fruit. Highly recommended.

I have been using Rada knives for years. I bought them through a Sunday School class at our church who was selling them for a fund raising project. They are the best knives I have ever used and the recent order I received from you was a gift for my daughter. Every time she uses one of my knives, she expresses, ' I wish I had these knives."
