I did get my knives in the mail and was impressed with how light and sharp they are!

Paring knives: very sharp and well balanced. I can't tell yet how long the shank is, but the blade feels very secure. What impressed me most was that Rada knives are produced in USA with USA-sourced material.

The knives handles are TOO small for my small hands! My husband won’t use them! The blades are sharp.

Love the black handles. I have had a 2 sets of knives from Rafa for over 20 years. Still my favorites, sharp as ever. This set is for my daughter who is getting married. She has always loved mine.

I love them! I bypass my more expensive knives for my Rada's. Just bought my two daughters the paring knife set for Christmas.

My husband preps a lot of fruit and vegetables for me to bake and cook with. These are the only knives he will use.
