Used these knives for about 40 years now and are always my favorites. I first started useing them in the delicatessen where I was employed back in 1975 and just purchased a new set of paring knives. I have arthritis and my fingers are twisted but can hold these better than anything else I have ever used. Highly recommend them for anyone.
