We purchased the knives to help a PTO fund raiser. They are everything they were advertised to be plus and the fact they are American made is just icing on the cake. They have great balance and they are extremely sharp. We plan to purchase additional items in the future.

I understand that "Granny" is mentioned in marketing these paring knives, and she must have been a petite person, but I wear extra-large gloves and found it hard to safely control & use the Rada knives due to their minuscule handles. Wonderful metal (especially on the Super Paring Knife I also got) but primitive, underdeveloped grips, not worthy of a grownup kitchen. Rada needs to consider a line of "Brawny" knives, same metal, but with grips large enough to control the blade.
