I bought this set 10+ years ago at a craft show. They are my "go to" knives and I use them constantly. We are purchasing a 2nd home and this is one of my 1st purchases that I wanted for our weekend home. I was thrilled that these knives were still being made. They still look great and have stayed sharp with an occasional sharpening. FYI--- I hand wash and do not place in the dishwasher!

Im the daughter of a master bladesmith, don't tell him, but these are my favorite kitchen knives! Someone bought me a gift set in 2009 that I still use constantly. I loved adding these to my collection. Keeps an edge for a long time. By far the best value for your dollar.
