I'm a bit disappointed in these knives, I've had rada knives for years and these new ones do not hold an edge like my older ones, the weight is not as good either.
I will have to re think purchasing in future.

We have used Rada knives for many years. However, guests in our home tend to put them in the dishwasher, which ruins the silver handle. So we switched to the black handle this time. So far, all is well!!! We'll keep using Rada for many more years. Glad that our purchase could benefit Open Hands to feed the hungry.
