I Love all your kitchen Knives, Have also Big knives and fork. I have had the same knives since I was in my 20's I am now 60. My Parents and Grandparents used them to, Parents got me first set, They last forever if you take good care of them, Going to order some more. I have my son's using them, they love them to.
