I have/own several Rada knives myself and I love each and every one of them :) The set I purchased is actually a wedding gift and I have not gifted them yet but I know they will be loved because no other knife is comparable to Rada :)

I just cut up a large Ham ant the knife I used was sharp and cut through to the bone very easily. It made my work go fast and efficiently. Also the parring knifes are good at pealing and slicing fruit and vegies.
