I love your paring knifes also. The best knifes I have ever had. I bought the knifes and the Tomato Slicer. I have about 3 paring knifes that I have had for years, still great.

I have Cutco knives as well as Pamperd Chef knives but the one I use every day is my tomato slicer! That is my go-to knife every time I cook! I chop all my seasoning with this knife! Best knife ever!
