Super sharp for making very thin slices with no tearing. Easy cleanup is a plus.

I've had this knife for 15 years and just recently lost it on a camping trip. So I ordered 3 more! I don't want to lose this knife again. It was still as good as new after 15 years. I use it on tomatoes, but on a lot of other veggies as well! It's my "go-to" knife for cutting avocados and mangos too.

I've had my tomato knife for about 13 years. I recently took it to cooking thing and everyone who used it fell in love with it. We diced pounds of tomatoes with it. I bought one as a thank you gift for one of the people who helped me and now I want a new one! Best knife ever.
