My husband and I use to sell the Rada cutlery years and years ago. I have a grandson-in-law who loves to cook. When i saw what he was using in his kitchen, I ordered the most important Rada items, to me, and one of those was the tomato knife. He couldn't believe how it cut tomatoes. This is a knife that I have loved! It not only slices tomatoes well, but will slice just about anything. As soon as I use it, I wash it so that it will be clean and ready to use for the next thing I want to slice. I pretty much use it daily. I highly recommend it!
