I have been buying Rada knives for years. I have had many of the styles and use them all continuously. My favorite is the slightly suraraded paring knife. The long bread knife and tomato knife are also favorites.they are quality with an affordable price.

My sister-in-law gave me one of these a few years ago. I have purchased 7 for Christmas gifts! Great for food other than tomatoes too!
