I have been cooking for 50 years, and I enjoy fresh tomatoes as often as possible. I own some VERY good knives. I thought I had always bought the best knife available until I tried the RADA Tomato Slicer knife. It cuts so easy, and cuts a slice as thin ( or as thick ) as my hand can guide it. I also purchased a few other knives, Paring Knives; both straight-edge and Serrated. I am amazed !! I highly recommend their products.

My favorite knife I use it for all kinds of slicing. I sent one to my son and daughter-in-law and it has become their favorite knife.

Very good. I have had these before. My mother's church sold them as a fund raiser one year. And I have several.

This was purchased as a gift. I already had one and I love it and knew my daughter-in-law would too.

This was a replacement for a tomato slicer that I inadvertently tossed in the garbage. I love, love it. I just used it cut up a whole pineapple, actually I seldom use it for tomatoes, but I use it for everything else. If I was only allowed one knife in my kitchen it would be the tomato slicer. Oh, did I mention how much I love this knife?

Rada knives are the best knives ever! I have purchased really expensive knives that do not even compare. This particular knife is one of my favorites! I love the new black handle, too!
